University Grants Commission Publishes University Handbook for 2023/2024 Admissions
The University Grants Commission (UGC) has released the University Handbook for university admissions for the 2023/2024 academic year, based on the results of the 2023 GCE Advanced Level examinations.
In a departure from previous practice, the handbook is only available for download this year. Professor Sampath Amaratunga, Chairman of the UGC, announced that the handbook will not be available for purchase at bookstores.
To obtain the University Handbook , a fee of 1000 rupees is required. Payments can be made via bank deposit or credit card.
Once payment is made, students can download the University Handbook by providing their identity card number he Added.
