Schools in some Education Zone Closed Tomorrow (5) Due to Severe Weather
The Sabaragamuwa Provincial Education Secretary has announced that all schools within the Ratnapura Education Zone will be closed tomorrow, June 5th, due to adverse weather conditions. This decision, detailed in an official announcement, aims to ensure the safety of students and staff.
In addition to the Ratnapura Education Zone, schools in the Alapatha, Ayagama, and Kalawana education divisions of the Nivithigala Education Zone will also be closed. The severe weather has significantly impacted these areas, necessitating the precautionary closure.
