Postponement of Teacher Assistants Recruitment Examination for Tamil Medium Schools in Estate Areas
Colombo: The Department of Examinations has announced the postponement of the Open Competitive Examination for the recruitment of Teacher Assistants for Tamil medium schools affiliated with the estate areas of the island. The examination, originally scheduled for August 17, 2024, has been delayed following a court order.
The decision to postpone the examination has been taken to ensure compliance with the legal proceedings currently underway. The Department has assured that a new date for the examination will be announced in due course, allowing candidates sufficient time to prepare.
