MSc and PG Diploma in Transportation Engineering and Systems | The University of Moratuwa’s Department of Civil Engineering is now accepting applications for its 2024 intake of the MSc/PG Diploma in Transportation Engineering and MSc/PG Diploma in Transportation Systems programs. These programs are designed for professionals aiming to deepen their expertise in the field of transportation engineering and systems.

Program Details:

MSc/PG Dip. in Transportation Engineering
Eligibility:
- B.Sc. Engineering Honours degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Moratuwa or any equivalent degree recognized by the Senate.
- Any other four-year engineering degree with at least one year of post-qualifying experience in a relevant field.
- Associate Membership of a recognized professional engineering institution with a minimum of two years post-qualifying experience in a relevant field.
MSc/PG Dip. in Transportation Systems
Eligibility:
- B.Sc. Engineering Honours degree from the University of Moratuwa or any equivalent degree recognized by the Senate.
- Any other four-year degree with at least one year of post-qualifying experience in a relevant field.
- General degree with two years of post-qualifying experience in a relevant field.
- Recognized membership of a professional institute obtained through an academic route with a minimum of two years of post-qualifying experience in a relevant field.

Course Details:

Duration: 24 months (Part-Time)
- Lectures on Fridays (4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.) and Saturdays (9:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.)
Course Fees:
- MSc: Rs. 350,000
- Master: Rs. 300,000
- PG Dip.: Rs. 225,000
- Payment can be made in installments.
