Applications are invited for the MASTER OF EDUCATION (MEd) – UNIVERSITY OF PERADENIYA conducted by the PGIHS from eligible candidates who are currently employed at government or private schools, pirivena or other educational institutes with the following qualifications:
Qualifications
- Criteria – 1
- Bachelor’s degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Education with a merit or distinction pass obtained from a recognized University/Institute.
- Criteria 2
- Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree [1st or 2nd Class (Upper Division)] obtained from a recognized University/Institute.
- Notes:
- Selection for the Programme will be based on a selection test and an interview.
- The final decision will be taken by the Board of Study.
- An adequate knowledge of English language is expected.
- The applicant should be entitled to one year of full time study leave.
