The Department of Examinations of Sri Lanka has announced that the 2024 Grade 5 Scholarship Examination will be held on Sunday, September 15, 2024. Applications for the exam will be accepted online only from May 27, 2024, to June 14, 2024. The deadline for submitting applications will not be extended under any circumstances.

The Grade 5 Scholarship Examination is a competitive exam that selects students for admission to national schools in Sri Lanka. Students enrolled in Grade 5 at a government or government-approved school are eligible to take the exam.
