Education Ministry Directs Schools to Suspend Outdoor Activities Due to Rising Temperatures
In response to anticipated increases in high atmospheric temperatures, the Education Ministry has instructed all school authorities to refrain from involving students in strenuous outdoor activities until Friday (March 01).
As a result, Sports Day events, sports practices, and any other planned outdoor activities are advised to be suspended temporarily.
The ministry emphasized that provincial and zonal education authorities must ensure school principals are briefed about this directive.
Moreover, school administrations are mandated to adhere strictly to the health guidelines issued by both the Health Ministry and the Education Ministry.
